What If Some of The Products Are Defective / Damaged, While Others Are Not?
If an order contains both damaged and undamaged products, we are pleased to provide a replacement or return if out of stock for the damaged items within 12 months.
However, for the return of undamaged items, a request must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the package. Please note that the undamaged products cannot be returned or refunded after 30 days from the date the package arrived.
